We use collected information only to provide and improve the reading service, including:

Providing, maintaining, and improving AI tarot readings and language-model generated reports.
Processing payments and credit purchases through our payment provider, Stripe, and keeping your credit balance and any existing membership up to date. We do not store your full card details.
Detecting and preventing fraud and keeping the system secure and compliant.
Sending important service updates, and promotional emails only if you have agreed to receive them.

3. Protection and Storage

We use common security technologies and encrypted transport channels to protect reading data from tampering or disclosure. Conversation and reading records are stored only on secure cloud servers. We do not sell or share your specific reading content or personal profile with third-party AI model providers.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

To improve loading speed and preserve in-progress sessions, we use sessionStorage and localStorage to cache card-draw steps and reading text on individual pages. You can clear this cache in your browser settings, but unsaved reading records may be lost.

5. Your Rights

You may log in at any time to view reading history, update your registration profile, or request deletion. If you want to close your account and clear cloud backups, email support@tarotoper.com and we will process the request within 5 business days after verification.

6. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy as the service or applicable laws change. Material changes will be announced prominently on the platform or sent to your registered email address.
