Is this a subscription?
No. Each credit pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged monthly.
What can I use without credits?
You get one free question every day, and the first follow-up after each draw is free. The daily card, the monthly reading and oracle cards don’t use credits. Every account also gets 10 credits once, as a welcome gift.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe. Tarotoop never sees or stores your card details. Prices exclude tax; any applicable tax is shown at checkout.
I paid but my credits aren’t there. What should I do?
Refresh the page or log in again. If they still don’t appear, email your receipt to support@tarotoper.com and we’ll sort it out.
I had a membership. What happens now?
Your membership keeps working until it ends, and nothing uses credits while it’s active. You can view or cancel it on the subscription page.
