Terms of Service

Welcome to Tarotoop. These terms form an agreement between you and the Tarotoop operating entity and apply to all access to and use of our website, reading tools, and related interfaces.

1. Acceptance and Changes

Please read these terms carefully before using the service. By visiting the platform, starting a card draw, or registering an account, you accept these terms. We may update the terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. Reading Disclaimer

All tarot, fortune, and oracle-card messages are generated from traditional card meanings and AI language-model simulation. Reports are for entertainment and self-reflection only and do not constitute medical diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, or investment advice. Tarotoop is not liable for disputes or losses caused by relying on reading results for personal decisions.

3. User Conduct

When using the service, you agree that you will:

Not enter content involving serious public-safety threats, extremist or terrorist content, sexual or violent abuse, or severe privacy violations.
Not use scripts, crawlers, or automation to abuse batch readings or harm server stability.
Not reverse engineer, copy, impersonate, or commercially resell our interfaces, card graphics, or reading algorithms.

4. Credits and Payments

Basic readings are free within the daily allowances shown on the site. Other readings and features are paid with credits, which you buy in one-time packs. Buying credits is not a subscription: nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.

Prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax. Any applicable tax and the final amount in your currency are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Credits are added to your account once the payment is confirmed. Each feature shows its credit cost before you use it. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and remain in your account while it is active.

If a reading fails for a technical reason, the credits used for it are returned automatically. If a payment is refunded or disputed, the credits bought with it are removed from your balance.

We no longer sell memberships. A membership bought before September 27, 2026 continues until it ends or you cancel it in your account, and its benefits apply while it is active.

5. Service Interruption and Termination

We may temporarily interrupt part or all of the service for upgrades or emergency maintenance. If a user violates the conduct rules or attacks the service, we may permanently block the account and related access without prior notice.
