Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your Tarotoop account data, cloud reading history, and personalized memory. Local browser cache can also be cleared in your browser settings.
Please send the following information to support@tarotoper.com:
- Registered email address or account ID
- The data to delete: your account, your reading history, or all data. Deleting your account also removes any remaining credits.
- If paid orders are involved, include your payment receipt so we can verify them.
We will process the request after identity verification. Deleted records may not be recoverable.
