Page of Wands upright meaning
The Page of Wands upright means enthusiasm and discovery. This is the energy of a beginner who's genuinely excited: trying a new hobby, exploring a career path, planning a first big trip, or chasing an idea just because it's interesting. Pages are often messengers, so this card can also bring good news, an invitation, or a spark of inspiration that arrives out of nowhere. It's youthful, curious, and full of possibility.
In real life, this card often shows up when you feel drawn to something new but don't yet know where it will lead. That's fine. The Page isn't about mastery; it's about exploring with an open mind. Take the class, ask the questions, sketch the idea, or say yes to the adventure. It may also describe a lively, adventurous young person in your life. Let your curiosity lead, and notice what genuinely lights you up.
Page of Wands reversed meaning
The Page of Wands reversed shows enthusiasm that lacks direction or staying power. You might jump from idea to idea without finishing any, get excited about a plan and lose interest a week later, or feel restless without knowing what you want. It can also describe procrastination, where inspiration is there but action never quite starts.
Sometimes the reversal points to news that's delayed or disappointing, or to an immature attitude, whether yours or someone else's: impatience, showing off, or expecting quick results without effort. Ask what's draining the spark. If you're scattered, pick one interest and commit to it for a set time. If you're blocked, start with something small and playful. Curiosity grows when you give it a little structure.
